Every piece of furniture is made to order, especially for you. We want your furniture to arrive at your home in perfect condition, so we have prepared some helpful information about how our delivery process works. Please read it carefully so that everything remains clear and straightforward, from the moment you place your order until your new piece is safely in your home.

Production and Delivery Time

As every product is made to order according to your chosen specifications, including the model, finish, wood type, dimensions and available options, we need sufficient time to ensure that every detail is completed to the highest standard.

Our standard production time is 6–8 weeks, plus the time required for delivery to your address. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on the product, finish and wood type selected.

We will confirm the estimated timeframe when your order is placed and keep you informed throughout the process.

How We Deliver

Delivery is arranged through specialist transport partners and is made to the first door of the address provided, meaning the entrance to the property or building at ground level.

Please make sure that the delivery address is accessible and that someone is available to receive the furniture.

Receiving Your Furniture: An Important Step

This is an essential part of the delivery process, so please take a moment to inspect your order carefully. Upon delivery, please check both the packaging and the product for any visible damage together with the courier before signing the delivery document.

All products are insured during transport. For this reason, any damage that may have occurred in transit must be recorded immediately upon delivery and reported to us as soon as possible, together with clear photographs. This allows us to submit an insurance claim and resolve the matter promptly, without additional costs to you.

If you notice any visible damage, please record it on the delivery document or damage report and do not accept the affected item as being received in perfect condition. This ensures that you remain fully protected.

Once a product has been accepted and signed for as received in good condition, any damage that occurs afterwards, including during handling inside the property or through use, can no longer be attributed to transportation.

In short: inspect your order upon arrival, report any issue immediately, and we will take care of the rest.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the product, volume, weight and delivery address. The final cost will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed, so you know exactly what to expect.
